Apparel - real world feedback

Post by zgur » Fri Feb 25, 2005 11:09 am

Sitting here in my XXL hoodie, loving how warm it is. A few points:
1. Customer service - Ollie simply steps up to make sure that his customers are happy. He drove to my house to deliver my hoodie, and when my original XL was a bit too snug, he exchanged it same day.

2. Quality - nice materials, he did not skimp to keep high profit margin.

3. Logo - very cool logon with a nice hidden meaning.

Those who ordered stuff will be stoked.

Big dave - I think you will want 3xL hoodie!

I'm glad I wasn't imagining it. My XL was more like a L. I usually like baggier hoodies, but I'm happy with it.

For anyone else who is going to order one, consider going up a size.

Yes, it appears the hoodies run a size smaller, but the t-shirts are all sized properly, so there will be no surprises there. With the hoodies, there was no way I could have known, so in the meantime go up a size on the hoodies.

After a session today with some friends at Pt. Emery, I hooked a friend up with a shirt and then a guy who had been chilling out near his car having a beer came over and bought a shirt and he wasn't even a kiteboarder! Way to share the stoke, thanks stranger! =D>
