It would be nice, but I might be tied up during the afternoon. :| I stopped by this morning on the way to the shop, but it had settled down. At least i saw Bob who was walking Lee and gave him his loot from the contest.

Hello pipe
i took a page from you last week and replaced my lines and checked all my gear in the clam
for when the wind starts to blow , you dont want to rush that chore.
and ya i saw wind today frist time in weeks. little white caps at alameda at 11.30 flat water and no one around.......
now if we can get zee prodiction to unfold the low needs to move inland
the nph needs to build up out in the pnw...?

Actually the General and I were heading to the dog park when we noticed Irrational Exuberance at its best. The water looked like 5 mph and the (windless) clearing blue sky was moving across from the West and Ollie still had to walk to the beach to verify the conditions.

This is getting serious.
Everyone just remain calm for another three weeksÖ
Then the fronts will start rolling in and this grasping at gossamer wisps of a breeze will abate. Trust me I understand the condition mine is merely tempered with the requirements to return the body to kiting condition!

The Ides of March will soon be upon usÖ
Until then just keep revisiting Old # 7 from Pipedragons list of things to doÖ

I think I am going to hit the beach today and just get my lines ready in case we get some wind this weekend. The last thing you want to do is try to get your lines ready when the wind is blowing. I can barely contain myself to pump up the kite.
