You can smell it? Sherman Island, where it's always "Safety First!"

Yeah, i can smell it, in my head. the sweet earthy scent of warm grass at the delta. The pollen being carried from the islands by steady 20knts. directly over the sizzling asphalt parking lot. The smell of crisp ripstop nylon and dacron coming out of hibernation. The smell of corn husks and hotdogs feeding the early birds as I run to the water for the late session. The smell of a warm night. You know, that smell...

I split the topic as it's turned to a discusson of this lovely weather we're having. Does anyone know when it will stop f'ing raining? Long-term forecast is calling for "Mostly Sunny" starting Monday and going through Thursday. In the meantime, I will continue my battle with Seasonal Affective Disorder. :P

Well it's pretty obvious which BAk members aren't skiers or snowboarders... What's the problem with the weather? 2 ft. of powder every day...butt cold so the snow is Utah light...epic for weeks... I mean, it is February, not May. It's supposed to be cold and wet, I mean white.
