where to go

Post by loserdavies » Sun Jan 20, 2008 7:43 am

OK its 6:30 am Sunday. I am pretty sure Pismo will have wind today. The three hour drive and the hell I am going to catch from leaving my wife and 2 kids for the day would be worth it if there is no wind in the Bay. What do you think will there be wind in the Bay today? Thanks.

What are you looking at Charlie? My research showed SI blowing 5. Windtalker says "0". I'm not convinced Bodega is gonna be that great. It's blowing offshore, but doesn't seem to making it inland. Additionally, it was clear when I woke up, but it's looking pretty dark & ominous at the moment. Any advice??

Sherman was sweet today. Cold is an understatement. A bunch of us went out and looked like Ninjas with our hoodies, gloves and gear. It was tons of fun, powered on my 9m for a sweet 2 1/2 hour session before I couldn't take it any more and turned into a pop cycle! Woo hoo!!!! I hope got some, too!

Dillon was awesome. Got buzzed by a leer jet near the mouth of Tomales Bay!

Well I made a beautiful Sunday drive to Waddell. Could have saved gas $$ and gotten water time if I'd stayed in the 'hood. Oh well. There was some wind to be had at WC, but it seemed fluky & I chickened out looking at waves that were bigger than I'd hoped for. Ah well. Had a great meal with Crispy & Curt in HMB. Still worth the drive! :)
