Ok so I'm hoping that yours is more precise but this is what i found on the NOAA site.
PZZ530-232300-
/O.ROU.KMTR.MA.F.0000.000000T0000Z-000000T0000Z/
SAN FRANCISCO SAN PABLO SUISUN BAY AND THE WEST DELTA-
851 AM PDT TUE OCT 23 2007

.TODAY...E WINDS 5 TO 15 KT.
.TONIGHT...W WINDS 5 TO 10 KT.
.WED...SW WINDS 5 TO 10 KT.
.WED NIGHT...W WINDS 5 TO 15 KT.
.THU...SW WINDS 5 TO 10 KT...INCREASING TO 10 TO 15 KT IN THE

.FRI AND SAT...SW WINDS 5 TO 15 KT.

But a compromise of 20 - 25 kts would do just fine.

Dude, Cdog's forecast is for the coast. Yours is for the Bay.

Little kites, big waves. Sounds like fun to me.

See ya there, Charlie?

Charlie, my read is it goes onshore Weds. night through Friday night, then back to offshore on Saturday.

Could be a good weekend to kite the new Berryessa spot...

Flow at the buoys is already going NW; right on schedule to hit 15 tomorrow, just like the forecast says. Now that 20-30 stuff, we'll just have to see what happens.
