Anyone see this marine NWS forecast for the SF/Marin coastline?

Tonight
NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Wind waves 4 to 7 ft. NW swell 6 to 9 ft at 8 seconds and SW 2 ft at 14 seconds.
Wed
NW winds 20 to 30 kt with occasional gale force gusts to 35 kt. Wind waves 4 to 7 ft. NW swell 7 to 9 ft at 9 seconds. Chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Wed Night
NW winds 20 to 30 kt. Wind waves 4 to 7 ft. NW swell 7 to 10 ft at 8 seconds. Chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Thu
NW winds 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 3 to 6 ft. NW swell 6 to 9 ft and SW 2 ft. Chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Thu Night
NW winds 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 2 to 6 ft. NW swell 5 to 8 ft and SW 2 ft. Slight chance of rain.
Fri
NW winds 15 to 25 kt. Wind waves 2 to 5 ft. NW swell 4 to 7 ft and SW 2 ft.

This is night and day from what Ikite is currently forecasting. Big wind and big waves = fun!

It says 10M, but it's really a 9.

Today must be opening day of the fall kiteboarding season! Not quite as nice a forecast for Folsom, but still I don't have to commute either:

Today: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 11am. Partly cloudy, with a high near 71. Breezy, with a south southwest wind between 15 and 22 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Tonight: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 52. Breezy, with a south wind 19 to 22 mph decreasing to between 7 and 10 mph. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.
