Rich, here's today's Sacto NWS:

"Behind the shortwave moving into the Pacific northwest on Saturday a
northerly gradient will develop and generate north winds and warmer
temperatures for Sunday. The concern will be for the increased fire
danger over the north end of the Sacramento Valley. "

It could be north farther up the valley and still onshore at Sherman, but the Bay Area forecast is for warming up and less fog after Saturday.

I hope they're wrong, because I can't kite on Saturday.

Looks like Saturday will be the best day, I can see fog coming in through the gate from the deck, so with all the heat this last week things are looking pretty good for tomorrow. Put me down for launch clearance in the morning please.

Good job Charlie. I've been focusing on work the last couple weeks during the week so haven't made it out on the bay in a while. I have to say it's been a nice break to be a little more productive, get off work and not always be in a hurry to run down to the water. Hopefully see you at Sherman tomorrow...

Ollie it's funny how life happens when there is no wind. I did try wakeboarding with my LMG twice this week and it was a blast!! Just more tiring.

Did you staple straps on his back and give him a snorkel to breath through?

D -- it's windier in Fairfield right now than at Sherman. Could be the day to hit Lagoon Valley.

Charlie, and the water was warm enough to go out with out a wet suit. That makes it easy to do multiple sessions!!!

I've only tried it a couple of times, but yeah, it's like you're exhausted after 10-15 minutes of it. Is that just the way it is, or do I suck?
