the n.w clearing winds, tend to bend and come into alameda in a more
west direction

Oh, what a spring is right! Pulled off my first powder/wave day on Thursday. After riding nearly 10000 ft of vert on KT in the morning, I shot down to Waddel for 3 1/2 hours of 7m, in your face, powered wave kiting. Only in CA. I love this place!

I like the way Z thinks. I have to go to a wedding today, but I have a free Sunday (after church that is). What is the call?

NWS: "All guidance shows 35 to 40 knots bl winds over the coastal
waters with 20 to 25 kts over the north and East Bay hills. So
expect windy conditions along the coast tomorrow with breezy
conditions in the hills of the north and East Bay."

Expect nukage with a high rate of loftiness. Hope you got that 9M lined up, Dewey. Sounds like a 6/7M day at the coast.

Valley forecast is for very strong north winds, so Sherman is probably off the list.

It says 10M, but it's really a 9.

Check out my post for Folsom tomorrow.. could be an epic day for kiters that are not ready for the coast and have been waiting for a great day to try Folsom in an epic North.

Sweetttt

have a great time on the coast, I think I will stay home and catch some of the 20 to 30 mph north winds.

Hmmm. It'll be alot warmer at Folsom, that's for sure. Last time I kited there in 20-30, the 9M was completely OPed.

Marin coast is already clear and starting to pop, buoys are at 25 and Bodega at 18.

Dewey - it all depends on what you want tomorrow....it's gonna be good @ all the usual suspects: crissy, meda, 3rd and of course, the coast. The further west you go, the cooler it gets, the windier it gets.....you will fo sho need small kites on Sunday...

Have fun and, get some...Z.
