Winter Downtime & Holiday Excess = Fat Kiteboarders!

Postby OliverG » Tue Dec 28, 2004 6:43 pm

It seemed like I was so fit during the season and especially toward the end after logging in between 4-7 days a week for hours on end. Now in the winter downtime, it's becoming apparent - a New Years resolution will be in order! More running, less eating! More kiting would help too. 8-[

Anyone else feelin' it?

I think he may have sold his 26m. As for me, I always tend to get a bit soft over the winter. Maybe a week of morning runs and kiting all day in the heat in Costa Rica will shrink me up some. Jeff said he did an upwinder to Nicaragua, so I'll probably do a few of those to tone up the 'ol muscles a bit...
