Awesome kiting last two days on perfect north winds

Post by Kiteboardstud25 » Wed Dec 22, 2004 6:14 pm

The last two days have brought some perfect north winds up here in northern ca. at my local spot. Warm days and perfect wind, if anyone sees north winds on the horizon and wants to ride let me know. Awesome spot by Chico about 100 miles north of Sacramento.

I know two workable and fun spots in N and NW winds right here on the Bay. Maybe Santa will tell you.... :tonqe: But to make you feel better, neither have been doable this week anyway...

Dewey, are you jones'ing? I think you are... you mentioned a while back in another post that when it gets below 60F (air or water?), you might reconsider getting in the water. Let me know if you change your mind, we still will have some wild winds before spring! =D> Gotta get it when you can!

I'm going crazy. All I think about is getting out in the water. Just sold my 16. All I'm left with is the 12 and 9 until my new kites get here. I'm starting a new job, but all I care about is the kites. I got it bad. Yep you could say I'm jones'ing

That's why you are smart... I, for one, am not. What you are doing sounds a lot better than checking wind pagers and looking at the trees all the time.

I'm in the same boat as Ollie. My only other hobby is wine/spirits. Just got my Sommelier. The wine and Scotch help with the off season.
