Next week's forecast is for classic "fall" weather in Norcal; HP ridge building to the coast, temps (and gradients) equalizing between SF and Sacto.

Last night's wind felt more like spring to me than summer.

And the blackbirds are out in full force; thousands of them.

It says 10M, but it's really a 9.

Yep the black birds were flying with the kite yesterday. Like Paul said thousands of them. It was kind of sureal at times. Shite wind tho.

Come on, Dewey, it was just a bit gusty. Gotta love the 4 foot swell for big ramping, though.

It got the same way on Thursday, about 1/2 hour after you got out of the water. Went from smooth, buttery 12M to gusty, nukin' swellin' 9M.

Paul that's because I left.
I didn't think I was going to get to the beach on Friday, so I didn't make arangemets for good wind. It's my fault I didn't plan ahead. I wasn't even going to get in the water, but Donny and Sandy were going so what was I to do? Fun with the birds and big swell but I was too over powered to have too much fun.
