How many kiters with fifth lines get tangles after unwinding

That is a kitemare :)
I still leave the lines connected to the kite. Its a pain if you have one bar for two or more kites, but if its one on one it makes life simpler.

When I was a Blade flyer(or as Leo would say " from a Blade Pilot's point of view...") the linew were always attached and rarely got tangled. I am almost in aggreeance with you(thats a real word, just not spelled right)that leaving the lines attached is the way to go but because the kite has to be rolled up so carefully-like packing a parachute, it is not that much of a time saver. I will try it again now that I am more proficient in knowing which way to untangle the lines from the bar end. Maybe they can make the lines inflatable too so when you pump the kite the lines pop out from the kite!
