Easy for you to say. You don't live here.

Got some fun high winds at Sherman tonight -- I rode an 8 powered for about an hour and steady another hour.

Just a few small kites on the water. Fun big swell.

I'm up for an upwind adventure on Sunday.

Sat. I might kite in the Bay with my big kite truck (after market)

To keep everything running smooth this weekend, please register your planned flight times ahead of time. We need to have your recent pilot license on file of course, and a current medical check up.

It's going to be a sweet wind weekend up at SI, and quite the zoo. Let's all be IRE and not let the beach be the scene of any pain. The only pain I want to see is on the water when Ollie hucks his body in the air ;-) I'm sure Chip will be there with a few big hucks as well.

Get some, Z.

Good post Z.

I will be doing my part to reduce traffic at Sherman this holiday weekend by working every day except Sunday.

I'm just hoping to beat the crowd with a sunset sesh tonight.

Air traffic control will be conducting on-site sobriety checkpoints as well!

Scene on beach:

Dave, wearing beach patrol t-shirt: "Sir, you appear to be intoxicated, I'm going to have to confiscate that beer if you're going to be kiting today."
