Aquan was very disappointing for me as a customer who spent just over $3,000 getting started with gear. They never have what you go in for - must have gone at least 3 times for battons & board leash - despite being promised each time that they were on order. I had to buy from other places. Plus, there is really nobody there who specialized in kiting. Terrible customer service even for customers who spend good money. Consequently, I bought my second kite from their competitor.
