Looking for a weekend Kiteboarding Partner

Post by arinfinger » Sun May 07, 2006 6:23 pm

Hello All,

Tis the start of the season and I would like to get out as much as possible this summer. Looking for someone that is on the board and learning to go upwind. I have been to Sherman Island and Alameda to kite. I have not tried 3rd ave yet as I heard you need good upwind skills.

Anyway, hit me up if you are down to go out on the weekends and are looking for a partner to join you. I am in San Francisco.

Thanks,

Arin

Hi Arin.

I am on the board, and trying to go upwind myself. A little frustrated with the lack of wind in Alameda, so let me know if you are willing to try new spots (I have read good stuff about Bodega Bay).

Francisco.

Bodega can be good for beginner/intermit riders, pay close attention to tides. Stay clear of low-lows, mid tides should be fun!!!
