Charlie,
You might need a headlamp.

They're backing off on the onshore push until Saturday. Then, damn it, the high pressure rebuilds again on Sunday (my day off!) and into next week.

From NWS discussion:
SURFACE GRADIENTS ARE
ONSHORE
and
COASTAL STRATUS
WILL LIKELY STICK AROUND FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE AS A STRONG
MARINE INVERSION REMAINS IN PLACE. WELCOME BACK TO COASTAL
CALIFORNIA SUMMER...IT`S BEEN A LONG TIME IN THE MAKING.
So look for wind in the usual summer spots and times...

I want to find the wind that ikitesurf forcast. They predicted 15 to 17 this morning while it was blowing 10. Maybe they see something we don't??

There's no North wind in the Valley today, which is a good sign.
Charlie, you'll probably get your wind in the Bay.

But NWS is still saying that the Delta push isn't going to happen until tomorrow.

It was 89.6 degrees here at 4 pm yesterday.

If you want to kite today, go to Crissy or Pt. Emerito. Sherman may go this evening more likely on Saturday. Coast is fogged in, should return on Monday.

In the words of a kite elder (wise and experienced one - that's you LIMM) send it!!!

It sounds like we'll have to flip a coin to decide where to go kiting this weekend! Too many choices.... ummm...

happily confused,
