This morning was OK and fun the annual rite of passage and entry into true winter kiting, rain and all.
3 of us were out and had good fun for a bit over an hour an 12's and a 13, but then were all overcome by a substantial squall type event occuring around 11:30 (see graph) causing us all to migrate back toward shore and resulting in the pulling of safety releases by all out of need.
