Belgian/german advanced kiter looking for kitesurf guide

Hi,
I am Bram, a Belgian living in München and will visit the Bay Area from September 12 till 28.
I studies the basic information on the web (Alameda, Crissy Field, 3th Ave, Pillar Point, Waddell Creek, etc..).
but of course I do not know to read the wind in town to know when to surf where etc.
I am looking for people who could help me out and with whom I could kite.
I expect to have an American phone number when I am over there. I'll post this here later.
