Need a buddy to learn with & ride share. South Tahoe

Being new to kiting, I'd love to find some other new people (or old school) to learn with and have fun. While lake winds can be very frustrating it'd be great to ride share to Delta or Bay also. I'm based in Stateline (South Tahoe), climb and paraglide.
