Lost: Liquid Force CPR CLoop at Alameda

I figure this is a long shot, but hey, the thing has a floater on it so why not try. I pulled a bonehead maneuver and managed to drop my chicken loop in the water when it was not attached to anything else.
It's red and black with a red floater on the chicken bone that says CPR on it.
