There were about 6 people that got washed up on the rocks south of the lower landing at 3rd avenue around 5:30 when the wind decided to crap out on us. Unfortunately I pulled a rookie move when my kite blew up on the rocks and I detached it to try and get it to it quicker to prevent damage but then the wind picked up and switched directions taking the kite back out to sea. I tried to catch up on the bike path and dove in but it had gone too far out. I'm going to take a jetski in the morning and scour the bay to see what I come up with... wish me luck
