LOST: Kite w/ Bar Released over South Bay

Accidental released on Sat, last seen stuck onto something just south of San Mateo bridge, was no longer there by Sun morning. Posting on the slim chance that some boater picked it up or ended it up on East/South Bay mudflats in somebody's view. Coast Guard was notified, so that's another place where it may show up.
