I think this is Bill Tai's bar. He posted to the 3rd list about it. Bill was having trouble getting an account here so he asked me to pass this along:

1) it’s a Cabrinha IDS bar, with the rubber re-glued on, on the right side
2) He and I were the last two people on the launch at the end of the day – he has a red kite
3) I was the guy that launched him just before I left
4) Get his email and pass it to me, and give him mine using kitevc@gmail.com
