Found: Bar and Lines in the bay at 3rd Ave

So, I was body dragging in from about 200 feet out ... to the launch at the upper launch (mud flats) at 3rd yesterday, and when I emerged from the bay, my board leash had "caught" a kite line which was attached to a big ball of muddy bar and lines mess that don't appear to have been in the bay for very long.
I guess if you describe the bar and lines and how they could have gotten there, you can have them back.
