Found Black WindWing kite bad (empty) in Alameda.

I kited there Sunday morning and survived. It is my understanding that there were many wet kites later in the day.

i got so JaCkEd Up after getting blown off the water on my 12m and then... hang n with my BaBy 9m rapture2 for awile that i left it at the wet beach...?
