I was one of the last people at the beach and someone was asking around if anyone lost this recon bar. I don't know his name but he's medium built, a little dark skin with a bold head. (Not Jeff) He was just about to give it to Jeff but he drove away. He said he'll post it at ikitesurf...so I think the bar/lines are in good hands.
