Found: Yellow "Caution" Board, Crown Beach

A kiteboard drifted up to Crown Beach in Alameda, about halfway between the shack and Crab Cove about noon today. From this morning's and yesterday's wave and wind patterns it might have come in from Berkeley...or even Crissy Field? It might have been drifting or on the rocks a while: It had a small clam colony stuck on it.
I'm not a 'boarder - just a watcher - so I let a lady who was watching her husband kite have it. She was in a white van, license plate *******. She said she'd put a notice here or somewhere.
