Repost - North waist harness found at 3rd Avenue 2011

I have a North waist harness that was found at 3rd a couple seasons ago. It is probably a woman's harness as it is small. No one ever claimed it so I am reposting. If you can describe the harness (model, condition, whatever) I can reunite you with it (at least you'd have a spare).
