Found - Harness - ThirdAve Carpeted Area

Someone left a harness on the rocks in the 3rd Ave carpeted area last weekend (approx. Saturday, 10/20/2012). I have it. Please claim by identifying it. We would have left it there but thought it might grow legs, so to speak.
