I did see that listing - sounds like that person ditched outside and swam back in. I wonder if this was the person the search/rescue paramedics were looking for that evening...

The found kite was at the upper launch, bagged and ready to load up. I figure someone got stoked/spent and spaced it loading out (can happen to anyone).
