lost seat harness at 3rd on March 6th

I left Dakine shorts-type harness at the upper launch (where the sand bags are) on 3rd avenue on March 6th. All black, very large (XL or XXL if I remember it right). Do not remember the exact model, might be Netrous. Anybody seen it?
