Matheson Hammok park, Miami FL

Matheson is a sick flat water spot south of Miami in Coral Gabels.
On low tide this place is flat butter. Even when it's blowing 25 mph the water is like an oil slick. These guys in Miami really have no idea how good they have it. You rarely need anything more than a shorty for a suit. You want to be careful on North east winds as they are directly on shore and there is really no beach before you hit the parking lot. A rider was seriously injured here last year so definetly get with the locals and observe for a while before going out.
