Anyone wants to go to Florida in December ?

I am going to Miami second week of December, and looking for people interested in splitting the hotel/condo and possibly rental car. The fare prices are incredibly low ($109 each way non-stop flights on JetBlue between Oakland and Ft. Lauderdale, also saw $189-$199 round trip on American Airlines).
