Snowkiting at Skyline, UT -- How to

I was going to write something up about Skyline, but this KF post covers everything better than I could. The only thing I would add is directions: Skyline is about 2 hours from Salt Lake City -- I-15 south to 6/89 East to 89 South. Turn left in Fairview at 31, which is Skyline Drive. It's about 15 minute drive up into the mountains, a large open, rolling area. Like the guy says, there are no services anywhere nearby, bathrooms, food, etc. The nearest gas station is in Fairview.
