Hey hey,

I'm going to Barcelona next month and I'm wondering if anyone knows about kiteboarding there, what are the good spots? I heard that after June 1 kiteboarding is not allowed in many many spots.

Thanks,
Inez

Kiteboarding is forbidden during the summer in Barcelona but you can kite at Tarragona all year.

If you are that close, and are a committed Kiter, jump to the island of Mallorca. Would be an epic memory

A quick update here since I just got back from there. What you need to do is drive from Barcelona to Leucate (about a 90 minute drive). Ridiculous wind, it was blowing 30-40 when I was there and the water is butter flat (a bit shallow in some areas, none the less, an awesome spot.)
