La Ventana - best place to stay with family

What's the best place to stay in La Ventana for a family with 2 toddlers? I know there are no upscale places in La Ventana, but I am looking for a comfortable place for the wife and kids, clean, A/C, preferrably with a pool, shade, close to the beach... Thank you in advance for the recommendations.

la ventana windsports. They have a large hot tub (not real hot) and they are on beach. Very family friendly and meals are included.

Kiteparadise.biz is reasonably priced and has a new hot falls this year, probably not real hot either. it is beachfront.
