Fishing recommendations in La Ventana

Planning on being in La Ventana again Jan 7th-17th with my wife. She would like to do some fishing and we're looking for recommendations based on the past experience of others. Not looking for a multi-day experience, just an early morning departure coming back sometime in the late morning or early afternoon.
I know Palapas Ventana has such an experience for about $250/day for up to 3 people. Are there any other options? We would prefer English speaking captain/guide since our Spanish skills are nearly worthless.
Any insight from those who've done it would be greatly appreciated!!
