kite rental in the Philippians and indonesia?

going to be in SE Asia in march and was thinking of shooting over to the Philippians or indo for a week. most lightly the Philippians cos the wind is light in indo that time of year.
can't bring my own gear so im thinking of renting..anyone know what sort of rental prices to expect or have any recommendations of place to rent and kite...i ride twin tips mostly..
