SS will be in full force at Pismo. If you have not yet tried the Rev, make sure you do so.
Yeah but Ollie, I want to try them for freestyle-- flat water.

Yeah you do! We're going to Dillon today, but possibly Sherman tomorrow. If so, you can try the Revs at SI...

Rev or T-3? T-3 will be perhaps better low end grunt and lower wind range on an 11 vs the 11m Rev? Currently have...Helix 7 & 9, 10m SB2 and 12m GK Trix and 14 m SOnic. QUite a spread. WOuld like to keep the Helix's and get rid of the rest and replace with the Slinghots. Though people talk so much about the North stuff. I like the cleanliness of the ss bar and 4 lintes.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Now lets see when we can meet at SI. Sounds like this weekend is not looking so good. Where else?

I'll be headed up to SI in a week or two. I'm bringing the ramp and ski for the summer.. You'll have plunty of time to get your fill of the Rev's POWER.
Personally I think the Rev has lots of low end because of it's kite speed but you'll see when you figure it out yourself.
NOTE: anyone that borrows a kite from me needs to know, these are my personal kites not the rep's, what that means to the user is simple, "I breake' I cry, YOU break you BUY! No exceptions- use at your own risk.

Hi SlingShot Hotline Rep,

I'm a Cabrinha kiter and I have an older SlingShot kite that I needed a struts for, I emailed Slingshot and they had one set left over and sent it out to me free of charge. A whole set!, that is something I will never forget and think highly of SlingShot's customer service.

As for my Carbrinha kite, one time I tried to contact their support people regarding leader lines and they treated me like a red-headed twice-adopted step-child, saying, "Oh we don't make those leader lines because we have our new bars coming out and aren't going to stock the older leader lines". Seems they didn't care if my leader lines frayed and snapped as I was in the middle of the bay.

I've heard other great stories about SlingShot's great customer service... I justed wanted to thank you and your support staff for the commitment to great customer service. When my Cabs crap out, I really got to get out and try the SS bow kites...

Thanks!

Posting under this topic as it could be considered promo stuff, but got an email with some more web specials at the SS site and some of you may be interested in some of the items. I've kept reminding myself to get a board-bagm but the pack and apparel's cool too. They've also got lots of SS bar parts and such, they've still got some boards although the Lunacy's been sold out.
