Toll Plaza Beach has been awesome this season so far and a few of us east bay kiters have had it all to ourselves :)
Wind or no wind we will be having fun..Big kite SUP challenge, and beach clean up relays!

Big thumbs up, Royce. Food was excellent (tasty barbecued chicken, salad, baked beans, chips), plenty of bottled and keg beer, an awesome mini-bonfire, and a raffle that included a new Hyperflex shorty, a new twin-tip, and lots of smaller kiting-related stuff. Not to mention some friendly folks.
Definitely worthwhile. I'm a little surprised I didn't see more of my fellow East Bay kiters there.
On a related note, Berkeley wasn't too windy today but there was some decent riding at the Toll Plaza.

Sounds like good times, I would have liked to make it, but wasn't possible for me yesterday. Nice that you guys got some riding in at TP yesterday too...

Thanks to all for making yesterdays events awesome!
The turnout was great at the beach and at the party, with lots of new faces and old friends.
We hope to see more out today with the demo on again!
The wind was good yesterday and we are expecting rideable wind again today at TP from 2pm-6pm!
