I'm in Miami now, I urgently need harness, where can I order LF Styler ?

pretty much any LF retailer should have them, or can order them. There's an LF shop down on the keys. Otherwise if you're OK with shipping, you could get a pair from one of the shops in the gorge, Bellingham or 2nd wind.

No local (bay area) LF dealers?

Quite a few places in the bay area sell LF stuff, I just don't think they have the harnesses in stock. Boardsports or Live2Kite can definitely order a pair for you though...
