Avid kiteboarder Mourad "Moni" Samaan has been missing with his two year old daughter Madeline Layla Samaan-Fay since August 7. Family, friends, Madeline Layla's mother, and law enforcement are extremely concerned for their safety. They were last seen in Sacramento, but could be in the Bay Area or anywhere at this point. Moni may be driving a dark green Toyota 4Runner, license 3XRM111. I am deeply saddened to report that Samaan and Madeline were found dead last night. Thank you to anyone who read my request and watched for them.
