My awesome tenant had a life change, and I'm looking for a reliable, long term tenant (1-year lease min).
I'd prefer to rent to a person from the kite community.
This home is central to all the great kite spots (these are all tested by yours truly):
Berkley: 15 min
Alameda: 20 minutes
Crissy: 35 minutes
3rd Ave: 40 minutes
OB: 50 minutes
Sherman: 45 minutes
Stinson: 1 hour, 20 minutes
Waddell Creek: 1 hour, 30 mintues
