My awesome tenant had a life change, and I'm looking for a reliable, long term tenant (1-year lease min).

I'd prefer to rent to a person from the kite community.

OB: 50 minutes
Sherman: 45 minutes
Stinson: 1 hour, 20 minutes
Waddell Creek: 1 hour, 30 mintues
