Karma yoga

Postby teej » Thu Jun 25, 2009 11:15 pm

Hi all,

Just wondering about the interest in attending karma (free) yoga. Was initially thinking to do morning classes out at the beach in Alameda, but if there was enough interest, maybe even holding them at our PT office in Alameda.

No experience necessary. Except for me....I'm looking to get more practice in teaching larger groups. Times and days depend on participant interest.

Just let me know.
Namaste,
Tianna

laughter is the best medicine.......get you in downward facing dog and the peeps might be chasing YOUR tail.

seriously though, i teach in a safer way then you might get in a general yoga class...coming from being a physical therapist in training to be a yoga therapist.

was hoping to do a kiter specific class to get you ready and energized for all those "narly" tricks.

just PM me if you are interested at all...even willing to do a sherman morning wake up call if we are up there.

cheers,
T
