I'm trying to find some child care options for my 8 month old girl near 3rd ave. If you have any recommendations, or know of anyone please let me know.

Try looking into Kids Connection off of Hillsdale Blvd or Kind Connection

Seems they are only good for the week-days.

I am sure the guys sitting at 3rd drinking beer wouldnt mind watching a 8 month old for a few hours every day. He/She will certainly be well cared for.

might want to check with your wife to see if she is okay with that idea first though.

If its ebbing you could just stick his/her feet in the mud just enough they wouldnt go anywhere.
