Oil Tanker Hits Bay Bridge Tower; No Spill Reported

Do these guys need curb feelers? Apparently the Overseas Reymar tanker, which frequents the Bay, was empty & the Bridge remained open. So, no spill & bridge is still standing, but still, WTF.
