Anyone here *really* good with Adobe Illustrator (and PS)?

I have a small personal/profesisonal project that I could use some help with and am wondering if anyone here is really good as Adobe PS, but mainly Illustrator. I have a scanned bitmap image and I need cleaned and converted to vector and some of the original text artwork changed.

Any designers out there?

On my CNC software there is a bitmap to vector converter that works pretty well. but it tends to add multiple lines for anything thicker than a thin line. can try if you want.
