Well, I don't know if anybody follows the show, but it sure seems like kiteboarders in the background of this scene 8)

Awesome. This would be the first episode of Dexter I won't be seeing since I've all but given up on TV, and last weeks premiere just wasn't enough to keep me locked in for more. Otherwise I probably would have posted this up myself.

I do follow that show, and I too saw the kiteboarder In the background.
Kiting has gone mainstream, I see it on a lot of TV shows the have a beach seens.

Kites are in the Background of Mythbusters all the time. I would guess Alameda?!?
