Interesting idea. I don't know if the BAK population is heavy enough to generate enough content, but I've created the first (horrible) topic here. Fix it:

Actually, one way to seed this thing with info would be to take all of the "Bay Area Locations/Guidelines" posts and move them into articles in your wiki. Since the guidelines tend to change from time to time (re: Alameda), this might be the right kind of 'container' for this info.

Charlie: I guess the intent is to have something like wikipedia for BA kiting, where it's reader-contributed and edited so that it's kept up to date, and full of interesting articles and pages. Whether it actually ends up working is a toss-up. Maybe the real intent is to give Ollie something else geeky to play with. ;)

Josh,

I was waiting for you to step up and get it going, good job! Only took 3 years to add to the site. Now I've installed it without any problem, but still getting up to speed on using it...

Good idea!

I was just thinking about something like this. I'd like more instructive articles, jumps with walk-throughs, links to video descriptions, etc. I think it would be good to help each other learn new things, make comments on locations, etc. It's kinda like the BAK article section, but people could add/edit things better.

Could flop too, maybe no one would write anything...;)

Hey guys, take a look at our local Wiki pages for the Tampa Bay, Florida area. It a fairly clean look and many other areas are starting to use this format.
Wiki's allow for anyone to log in and update launch site info, hazards, new rules, etc. to keep the most accurate info available.
I have been checking out your site and it looks great, I look forward to an exchange of ideas with you sometime.
